Grouting construction instructions
<= Foundation treatment< br/> The foundation surface should be chiseled. There should be no gravel, floating slurry, floating ash, oil stains, release agents and other debris on the clean foundation surface. The foundation surface should be fully moistened 1 hour before grouting and any accumulated water should be removed 1 hour before grouting.
2. Formwork support
Set up the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing. The joints between the formwork and the foundation, and between the formwork and the formwork are sealed with cement slurry, tape, etc. to ensure that the entire formwork does not leak.
The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled to the left and right to facilitate grouting construction.
The top elevation of the formwork should be higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.

3. Preparation of grouting material

5. Maintenance
After grouting is completed, the grouting material should be immediately covered with a straw bag or rock wool quilt and kept moist after the initial setting.
During winter construction, grouting materials, mixing water and maintenance measures should comply with the relevant provisions of the current "Construction Quality Acceptance Code for Concrete Structure Engineering" ().
After grouting, it should not be subject to vibration for an hour to avoid damaging the unhardened grouting layer.
